Atiku will defeat Tinubu, claims a PDP leader

Tinubu And Atiku

Samuel Anyanwu, the Peoples Democratic Party's national secretary, said on Saturday that his group would lead the national government in 2023.

Anyanwu predicted that Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the People's Democratic Party, will defeat Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, at a town hall gathering held at his country home in Amaimo in the Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo state.

Anyanwu also denied the claim that his party would split up due to the PDP issue.

Additionally, he exhorted his followers to organize and obtain their Permanent Voters Cards.

He asserted that the APC had misruled the nation and that the PDP was the only party prepared to assume control.

Atiku will be the next president of Nigeria, he declared. The APC will lose to our group. We are prepared to assume control. Our candidate for president is ready and will rebuild Nigeria.

Additionally, he made a pitch for the PDP candidates in the region, saying that Nigerians were fed up with the APC.
